Priya Dharshni S is a management educator with over 13 years of teaching experience, including 6 years as a full-time Assistant Professor in Anna University Affiliated colleges and 7.6 years as a freelance educator. She holds an MBA from Anna University and a B.Com (Computer Applications) from Bharathiar University.
Her work centres on Human Resources Management and Marketing and she has handled a wide range of subjects, including Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, Digital Marketing, Strategic Management and Financial Accounting. She combines classroom teaching with student engagement activities such as debates, practical sessions, expert talks and executive interaction sessions.
She has published 12 International journals, presented 8 papers National and International level and participated in 14 Faculty Development Programs. She has also completed upskilling through NPTEL certifications from IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur in AI in HRM, HR Analytics, Learning and Development, Emotional Intelligence, Talent Acquisition and Knowledge Management. Holds Innovation Ambassador (IA) certificate Foundation level in calendar year 2024-2025.
She has organised Faculty Development Programs, national-level student management meets and Entrepreneurship Development Cell activities.
