Dr. A.V. Hariharan has over 10 years of experience teaching HR and Marketing Specialization courses in academia, along with 5 years of extensive research in Banking Management. He has published 5 research articles in national and international journals and presented 11 papers at national and international conferences. With a strong background in Business Analytics, he is proficient in working with Business Application Software such as SAP ERP B1, Tableau, SPSS, POM, and TORA. As a facilitator focused on outcomes, he enhances the technical skills of management students to prepare them for the industry.
