Dr. UMA MAHESWARI.S   MFC., MCOM., MBA., M.Phil. Ph.D.

Dr. Uma Maheswari S is a prominent academician with over 20 years of professional experience, including 19 years in teaching. Currently a Professor at Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies. Her expertise focuses on research, teaching, and consultancy in management studies, particularly in finance and investment strategies. As Faculty Coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Development Cell, she led her team to achieve eighth place in an entrepreneurship competition at IIM Bombay. Dr. Umamaheswari has presented 14 papers at conferences, published 20 articles in reputable journals, and authored 3 books on Management. She holds a UK Design patent for a trading and finance management device and has been an active contributor to faculty development programs and management training. Her commitment to academic excellence is recognized through 10 awards for her presentations and contributions to education. Additionally, she has played a key role in various research projects, workshops, and awareness programs, solidifying her reputation in business and management studies.
