Dr. K. Durai is a Senior Assistant Professor in Organisational Psychology. He has more than two decades of Task based Outcome Oriented Teaching experience. His areas of academic interest include Organizational Behaviour, Business research Methods, Industrial Relations and Labour Legislations, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organisational Design, Change and Development, Managerial Economics, Entrepreneurship Development and Quality Control. He has completed Ph.D. in the field of Organisational Culture. He is an avid researcher and has published his research in 4 Scopus Indexed Journals, UGC Care Listed Journals and other International Journals.  He has served in different institutions and contributed in Curriculum Development and framing Regulations, Placement Training, Organising national and International Conference, Faculty Development Programs, Executive Editor in Journal, NAAC and NBA Process.

Dr. K. Durai as a Certified Soft Skills Trainer, has conducted few management development Programs for mid and Frontline executives of Ramco Cements, Chennai Silks, Fenner India Pvt Limited, Roots cast Private Limited, TAFE Ltd., and few service establishments. He has also acted as resource for many soft skill training programs to college students, executives of different organisations through few MDPs, Faculty through few Faculty development Programs and also to general public.
